摘要
2019年12月,教育部、财政部公布首批197所“双高计划”建设单位之后,安徽商贸职业技术学院按照以群建院的原则,将专业重新整合成立新的二级学院——电子商务学院,经过近3年的专业群建设,在教育教学、科研成果转化、社会服务等方面标志性成果频出,但也存在一些问题,如实践型教师较为缺乏等。针对问题提出完善人才培养模式、继续推进课程体系和教学资源建设、烘托以赛促教的氛围、加大科研奖励力度等建议。
In December 2019,after the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance announced the first batch of 197 units under the“double high school plan”,Anhui Business College reintegrated its majors and established a new secondary college,College of Electronic Commerce,in accordance with the principle of building the college by groups.After nearly three years of professional group construction,landmark achievements in education and teaching,scientific research achievements transformation,social services and other aspects have occurred frequently,but there are also some problems,such as a lack of practical teachers.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the talent training mode,continuing to promote the construction of curriculum system and teaching resources,setting off the atmosphere of promoting teaching through competition,and increasing the incentives for scientific research.
