摘要
为进行VOCs无组织排放量的实测,应用红外掩日通量(SOF)方法获取了一家石油化工企业的非甲烷烷烃、乙烯、丙烯的通量,基于实测数据折算了苯系物的排放通量,估算了该企业的排放系数与年排放量,并与清单系数进行了对比。结果显示:非甲烷烷烃、乙烯、丙烯的平均排放通量分别为52 kg·h^(-1)、90 kg·h^(-1)、33 kg·h^(-1),苯系物的折算通量为10 kg·h^(-1);实验排放系数与清单系数的差异在20%以内,但应用系数计算的排放量差距达到57.7%。实测技术可为未来的总量管理与动态清单提供技术支撑。
In order to measure the fugitive emissions of VOCs,the infrared solar occult flux(SOF)method was used to measure the fluxes of non-methane alkanes,ethylene and propylene in a petrochemical enterprise.Then,based on the measured data,the emission flux of benzene series compounds was converted,and the emission coefficient and annual emission were estimated and compared with the inventory coefficient.The results showed that the average emission fluxes of non-methane alkanes,ethylene,and propylene were 52 kg·h^(-1),90 kg·h^(-1),and 33 kg·h^(-1),and the converted benzene series flux was 10 kg·h^(-1).The difference between the experimental emission coefficient and the inventory coefficient was within 20%,but the difference between the emission calculated by applying the coefficient was 57.7%.The actual measurement technology could provide technical support for the future total management and dynamic inventory.
