带支线结构管廊风量分布规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决带支线结构管廊内通风系统运行时所出现的平均风量不足和沿程风量分布不均等难题,选择北京市某综合管廊的燃气舱作为测试对象展开实体试验。试验设计了6个工况,包含150 m、480 m及640 m这3种不同长度管廊,以及机械进风与机械排风、自然进风与机械排风、机械进风与自然排风3种通风模式,探讨了带支线结构管廊内不同通风区间长度及通风方式对管廊内风量分布特征的影响。结果表明:带支线结构的管廊内平均风量为系统风量的50%左右,且沿程风量分布与通风长度相关性较弱;当管廊支线靠近风井时,会造成主线管廊内风量不足,导致管廊内风量不能满足设计要求;机械通风模式相比于机械、自然结合的通风模式更适应用于结构复杂的管廊;当支线结构管廊采用机械进风、自然排风系统时,若增加风机风量,主管廊风量并不能等比例增加。 The urban utility tunnel is a necessary product of urban renewal,and ventilation control is the key to the perfect operation of the utility tunnel.Therefore,studying the air volume distribution of the utility tunnel is of great significance to its ventilation design,process,and maintenance.However,most scholars conduct ventilation research in linear tunnels.To study the ventilation in tunnels with complex structures,we selected a specific utility tunnel with a branch line structure as the actual measurement object of the ventilation test.Besides,we tested the influence of ventilation interval lengths and ventilation methods in the utility tunnel on its air volume distribution.The experiment designed six ventilation test conditions,including three ventilation interval lengths of 150 m,480 m,and 640 m,and three ventilation modes:mechanical air intake,mechanical exhaust,natural air intake,mechanical exhaust,mechanical air intake,and natural exhaust.The test results show that the average air volume of the utility tunnel is about 50%of the system air volume.Furthermore,the air volume distribution along the way has a weak correlation with the ventilation interval length and is more susceptible to the influence of the utility tunnel structure.When the branch line of the tunnel is close to the air shaft,part of the airflow will flow out of the branch line,resulting in insufficient air volume in the main tunnel.Therefore,during the operation and maintenance of the tunnel,attention should be paid to the debugging of the ventilation system to ensure that the air volume meets the design requirements.Compared with the mechanical ventilation mode,the air volume has no significant distribution difference,but mechanical ventilation is more suitable for utility tunnels with complex structures.If the tunnel with a branch line adopts mechanical air intake and natural exhaust systems,The air volume of the fan does not increase proportionally to the air volume of the main tunnels.Therefore,we should pay attention to the reasonable se
