摘要
百年粮食史是中国共产党的一部忠诚担当的历史。中国共产党百年来始终坚持把“百姓吃饭问题”放在第一位,经历了以解决军需民用为目标的粮食“自救”工作阶段、以服务于社会主义革命和建设为目标的统购统销阶段、以增产增收为重点目标的粮食政策市场化改革阶段、以统筹安全与发展为目标的粮食产业高质量发展阶段。中国共产党以“救国、兴国、富国、强国”为宗旨,百年来始终聚焦粮食这一重大战略问题,形成了具有中国特色的粮食安全与国家发展相统筹的演进逻辑,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
The hundred-year history of grain was a history of loyalty and responsibility of the Communist Party of China(CPC).The CPC has consistently prioritized the"issue of people eating,it has gone through the stage of grain"self-rescue"aimed at solving military and civilian needs,the stage of unified purchase and marketing aimed at serving the socialist revolution and construction,the stage of grain policy marketization aimed at increasing production and income,and the stage of high-quality development of the grain industry aiming at overall planning for security and development.With the aim of"saving the country,rejuvenating the country,enriching the country and strengthening the country",the CPC has always focused on the major strategic issue of grain over the past hundred years,forming an evolving logic that combines food security with national development with Chinese characteristics,it has important theoretical value and practical significance.
