摘要
对低面密度热风非织造布生产线中常用热风黏结机的形式、结构、工艺配置、性能及所生产的热风非织造布的主要特点等进行对比分析,并对热风黏结机的能耗计算方法进行分析介绍,以期在提高生产线产能与产品质量的同时,降低单位产品能耗。
The form,structure,process configuration,performance and the main characteristics of the hot air nonwovens produced by the hot air bonding machines commonly used in the low weight areal density hot air nonwovens production line were compared and analyzed,and the energy consumption calculation methods of the hot air bonding machine were also analyzed and introduced,in order to improve the production capacity and product quality of the production line,and reduce unit energy consumption.
