摘要
目的了解泰安市不同地区老年人对家庭医生签约服务的认知情况及其影响因素,为提高家庭医生签约服务认知提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法在泰安市抽取3870名60岁及以上的老年人作为研究对象进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、χ2检验、多因素非条件logistic回归进行统计分析。结果泰安市老年人对家庭医生签约制度的知晓率为57.34%,对签约具体内容的知晓率为51.37%,其中农村老年人对家庭医生签约制度的知晓率为57.70%,对签约具体内容的知晓率为51.60%,均高于城市老年人(56.70%、51.01%)。多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示影响农村老年人签约认知的因素有性别、受教育程度和自评经济状况,影响城市老年人签约认知的因素有受教育程度和自评经济状况。结论泰安市农村老年人对家庭医生签约制度和签约具体内容的知晓均高于城市老年人,受教育程度和自评经济状况为城市和农村老年人家庭医生签约服务认知的共同影响因素。
Objective To know about the elderly’s cognition of contracted family doctor services in various regions of Tai’an City and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the cognition rate of con-tracted family doctor services.Methods The multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select 3870 elderly people aged 60 and above in Tai’an City as the research objects to conduct a questionnaire survey.Descriptive a-nalysis,Chi-square test and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.Re-sults The rate of the elderly in Tai’an City being aware of the family doctor signing system was 57.34%,and the awareness rate of the specific contents of contracted family doctor serviceswas 51.37%.Among them,the aware-ness rate of the rural elderly of the family doctor signing system was 57.70%,and their awareness rate of the specific contents of contracted family doctor serviceswas 51.60%,both higher than those of the urban elderly(56.70%,51.01%).Multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression analysis results showed that gender,educa-tional background and self-rated financial status were the factors influencing the cognition of the rural elderly,while educational background and self-rated financial status were the factors influencing the cognition of the urban elderly.Conclusions The awareness rates of the rural elderly of the family doctor signing system and the specific contents of contracted family doctor services are higher than those of the urban elderly.The educationalbackground and self-rated financial status are main influencing factors for the cognition of contracted family doctor servicesa-mong both urban and rural elderly.
