摘要
目的 探讨在预防胃肠道手术切口感染中加强手术室护理干预的临床效果,为提高治疗效果提供帮助。方法 选取2019年7月—2020年8月高唐县人民医院收治的胃肠道手术患者124例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组给予基础护理干预,观察组给予手术室护理干预,包括加强切口护理、无菌操作、手术室管理、术前准备等。观察两组切口感染发生率、护理满意度评分、住院时间、切口愈合时间及抗生素使用时间。结果 观察组服务态度、护理针对性、专业护理、心理指导各项满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时长、切口愈合时间、抗生素使用时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口感染发生率为1.61%,低于对照组的11.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.810,P<0.05)。结论 在胃肠道手术患者护理中实施手术室护理干预,有利于减少切口感染发生,促进切口愈合,提高护理服务的满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of strengthening nursing intervention in the operating room in the prevention of gastrointestinal surgical incision infection,and to provide help for improving the treatment effect.Methods A total of 124 patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing intervention,while the observation group was given operating room nursing intervention,including strengthening incision nursing,sterile operation,operating room management,preoperative preparation,etc.The incidence of incision infection,the score of nursing satisfaction degree,length of hospitalization,incision healing time and antibiotic use time were observed in the two groups.Results The satisfaction degree scores of service attitude,nursing pertinence,professional nursing and psychological guidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization,incision healing time and antibiotic use time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of incision infection in the observation group was 1.61%,which was lower than 11.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.810,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention in the operating room in the nursing of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery was beneficial to reduce the occurrence of incision infection,promote the healing of incision,and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing service,which had high clinical application value.
