摘要
党的二十大报告提出全面推进乡村振兴。党的十八大以来,习近平围绕乡村振兴作出系列论述,逐步形成乡村振兴战略观。以人民为中心的立场、推进农业农村现代化的目标以及科学思维方法的运用共同构成习近平乡村振兴战略观的基本内涵。乡村振兴战略观继承了经典马克思主义作家关于城乡关系的思想,发展创新了中国特色社会主义城乡关系理论,展示提供了世界乡村问题解决的中国经验。新时代新征程,需要廓清思想认识,坚持以乡村振兴战略观推动全社会观念变革;巩固制度支撑,坚持完善全面推进乡村振兴的体制机制;明晰方法原则,坚持对全面推进乡村振兴的科学系统筹划;凝聚政治共识,坚持中国共产党对全面推进乡村振兴的领导,勠力推动习近平乡村振兴战略观的实现。
The report of the 20th National Congress of CPC proposed to comprehensively promote the vitalization of the countryside.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has made a series of discussions around rural vitalization and gradually formed a strategic outlook on rural vitalization.The people-centred position,the goal of promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and the application of scientific thinking methods together constitute the basic connotation of Xi Jinping’s strategic outlook on rural vitalization.It continues and inherits the ideas of classical Marxist writers on urban-rural relations,innovates the socialist theory of urban-rural relations with Chinese characteristics,and demonstrates the Chinese experience in providing solutions to the world’s rural problems.In this new era and new journey,to promote the realization of Xi Jinping’s strategic concept of rural vitalization,we put forward the following ways:cleaning up the ideological understanding and adhering to the strategic concept of rural vitalization to promote the conceptual transformation of the whole society;consolidating the institutional support to improve continuously the related institutional mechanism;clarifying the methodological principles to have a scientific and systematic planning;and gathering the political consensus and upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
