极端天气下保底电网骨干网架优化及弹性提升方法 被引量:3

摘要 为进一步提高极端天气情况下电力系统重要负荷供电可靠性,提出了一种在极端天气下保底电网骨干网架优化及弹性提升的方法。该方法首先对极端灾害天气下电力系统进行弹性评估,然后通过蚁群算法建立电力系统正常状况下保底电网骨干网架,再引入恢复指标优化故障状态下保底电网骨干网架,最后对相关算例进行解析,深入分析电力系统弹性的提升措施。研究结果表明:所提保底电网骨干网架优化方法能够优化重要负荷和机组的复电路径,简化复电过程,进而提高复电效率和成功率。基于该方法的复电时间仅需105min,相比其他方案该方法的复电成功率大约提高15%。该研究结果对电网建设研究有一定参考意义。 In order to further improve the power supply reliability of important loads,an optimization and resilience enhancement method of core backbone network framework under extreme weather was proposed.Firstly,the resilience of power system under extreme meteorological disasters was evaluated.The core backbone network framework under normal operation was established by the ant colony algorithm.And the core backbone network framework under outage situation was optimized by introducing the recovery index.Lastly,the relevant examples were analyzed,and the lifting method of system resilience was deeply analyzed.The results show that the proposed optimization method of the core backbone network framework can be adopted to optimize the restoration power supply path of important loads and generator units.The restoration efficiency and success rate are improved by simplifying the restoration process.The restoration time based on this method only takes 105 minutes,and the restoration success rate of this method is about 15%higher than that of other schemes.The research results have reference significance for the research of power grid construction.
