摘要
目的探讨个性化评估下的营养护理干预对结直肠癌患者围术期营养状况及生命质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月于扬州大学附属医院就诊并行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术治疗的患者112例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组(n=56)及试验组(n=56)。对照组给予常规营养护理,试验组采用个性化评估下的营养护理干预。比较两组患者围术期营养状况及生命质量。结果入院时两组前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)以及总蛋白(TP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后试验组PA、TP以及ALB水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组入院时胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后1 d、1周及2周的GIQLI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化评估下的营养护理干预可有效改善结直肠癌患者围术期的营养状况,提高生命质量,促进其康复。
Objective To explore the influence of nutrition nursing intervention under personalized evaluation on perioperative nutritional status and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 112 patients who received laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=56)and experimental group(n=56).The control group was given routine nutritional nursing,and the experimental group was given nutrition nursing intervention under personalized evaluation.The nutritional status and quality of life in perioperative period were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),and total protein(TP)between the two groups at admission(P<0.05);The levels of PA,TP,and ALB in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI)scores between the two groups at admission(P<0.05);The GIQLI scores of the experimental group on the first day,the first week,and the second week after surgery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition nursing intervention under personalized evaluation can effectively improve the perioperative nutritional status of patients with colorectal cancer,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
