摘要
目的 研究阿戈美拉汀治疗围绝经期综合征(MPS)患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的疗效。方法 选择2018年11月~2021年12月本院100例MPS患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。两组均给予经颅磁刺激(TMS)治疗,研究组加用阿戈美拉汀治疗。比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、临床疗效、不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均明显降低,对照组显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PSQI评分均明显降低,对照组显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。对照组的总有效率82.00%,显著低于研究组的总有效率96.00%(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应率8.00%与研究组不良反应率4.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 阿戈美拉汀治疗可以显著改善MPS患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠质量,提高疗效。
Objectivee To study the'efficacy of agometatin on anxiety and depression in the treatment of menopausal syndrome(MPS)patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with MPS in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS),and the study group was additionally treated with agomestatin.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the control group was significantly higher than the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the control group was significantly higher than the study group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 82.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the research group,which was 96.00%(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 8.00%compared with that of the study group,which was 4.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Agomestatin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients with MPS,and improve their curative effect.
