摘要
目的 观察通灵养心方联合体外反搏治疗经皮冠状动脉内介入治疗(PCI)术后心绞痛患者的效果。方法 对84例PCI术后心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例,2组均按指南常规予以内科治疗,对照组加用体外反搏治疗,治疗组加用通灵养心方联合体外反搏治疗,3个月为一个疗程。观察2组治疗前后中医临床证候、心绞痛症状及心功能变化情况。结果 治疗组中医临床证候积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05),心绞痛症情改善率高于对照组(P<0.05),左室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后外周血N末端B型脑钠肽低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通灵养心方联合体外反搏治疗PCI术后心绞痛患者可提高临床疗效,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongling Yangxin prescription combined with enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 84 cases with angina pectoris after PCI were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,with 42 cases in each.All the patients in two groups were treated with conventional therapy with enhanced external counterpulsation,while the treatment group added Tongling Yangxin prescription combined with enhanced external counterpulsation for 3 months.The curative effect of angina symptoms,the score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and the average level of plasma NT-pro BNP were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results The treatment group showed better improvement on the TCM symptoms and angina symptoms than the control group.The LVEF in the two groups after treatment were increased(P<0.05),and the LVEF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average level of plasma NT-proBNP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongling Yangxin prescription is effective for angina pecrois after PCI.And no significant adverse reactions were observed.
