摘要
家庭化迁移日益成为我国乡城人口流动的主要趋势,但家庭团聚能否促进社会融入尚不明晰。基于2014年8个城市的流动人口动态监测调查数据,针对核心家庭三种迁移模式——单人迁移、夫妻迁移和家庭迁移,从经济整合、社会适应、文化习得和心理认同四个维度,对比三种类型流动人口的社会融入水平不同维度的差异及影响因素,并运用倾向值匹配法验证结果的稳健性。研究表明,夫妻迁移者社会融入水平最低,家庭迁移者最高。社会融入各维度不均衡,经济融入和社会适应较滞后。家庭化迁移对除社会适应外各维度社会融入起促进作用,人力资本和流动经历对社会融入各维度起促进作用,城市类型的影响则较为复杂。鉴于家庭团聚能促进个体的社会融入,地方政府应为乡城流动家庭提供良好的公共服务,建立家庭友好型社区,促进流动家庭市民化。
Nowadays family migration has increasingly become the main trend of rural-urban migration in China,However,whether family reunification can promote migrants’social integration in cities remains unclear.Based on the dynamic monitoring survey of the mobile population in eight cities in 2014,this paper develops a series of indices to measure rural-urban migrants’integration in terms of economic integration,social adaption,cultural acquisition and psychological identity.The multidimensional social integrations are compared among three migration patterns-sole migrants,couple migrants and family migrants,and the factors influencing multidimensional integration are explored.The result shows,couple migrants have the lowest level of social integration and are more likely to be circulators in the city,while family migrants have the highest level of social integration.Overall,cultural and psychological integration are higher than economic and social integration.Family migration can promote all dimensions of social integration except social adaption,which is robust after using the PSM model.The accumulation of human capital and migration experience can increase social integration,but city type’s influence on social integration is complicated.Therefore,local governments are suggested to provide better public service,build family friendly communities to facilitate migrants’integration in cities.
