基于人工气候室的特色作物气候因子敏感性试验设计

摘要 从中药材农业生产实际出发,紧扣甘肃省“牛羊菜果薯药”六大特色农业产业和绿色十大生态产业中“循环农业”“中医中药”产业急需解决的关键科技问题,以甘肃省中药材核心产区定西为例,选取该地区在国内外市场有明显竞争优势的道地中药材品种当归、党参、黄芪为研究对象,开展气候生态因素对特色中药材的生长发育、产量和品质的影响分析,提出气候生态资源合理利用的对策措施,研究气象灾害对特色中药材的致灾机理,确定当归、党参、黄芪不同生育期气象致灾因子阈值,进而建立定西特色中药材生态气象服务指标体系。 Starting from the actual agricultural production of traditional Chinese medicine,we will closely focus on the key scientific and technological issues that urgently need to be solved in the"circular agriculture"and"traditional Chinese medicine"industries among the six characteristic agricultural industries of"cattle,sheep,vegetables,fruits potatoes and medicine"and the ten green ecological industries in Gansu Province,taking Dingxi,the core production area of traditional Chinese medicine in Gansu Province,as an example,genuine Chinese medicine varieties such as Angelica sinensis,Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus,which had obvious competitive advantages in domestic and international markets,were selected as the research objects to analyze the impact of climate and ecological factors on the growth,development,yield and quality of characteristic Chinese medicine,and countermeasures for the rational utilization of climate and ecological resources were proposed,the disaster mechanism of meteorological disasters on characteristic Chinese medicinal herbs were studied,the threshold of meteorological disaster factors for different growth stages of Angelica sinensis,Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus were determined,and an ecological meteorological service index system for characteristic Chinese medicinal herbs in Dingxi were established.
