摘要
通过一锅法利用环氧树脂(E-20)与异辛酸(ECA)开环制得的环氧异辛酯(EECA)与丙烯酸酯单体接枝共聚,制备了高光泽高耐盐雾性环氧改性羟基丙烯酸二级分散体(EHAD)。实验研究了EECA用量、引发剂用量、丙烯酸(AA)用量及羟基含量对EHAD的影响。研究结果表明:当EECA用量占固体分50%(质量分数,后同)、引发剂添加量为2.8%、羟基含量为4.2%、AA用量为6.1%时,制得的EHAD稳定性好,通透性强。将制得的分散体EHAD与水性异氰酸酯固化剂搭配,制备的水性2KPU涂层综合性能好,涂膜光泽(60°)高达93.5%、耐中性盐雾达500 h以上,同时实现了高光泽和高耐盐雾性,较好地满足了水性涂料在底面合一涂装领域的应用要求。
In this paper,epoxy isooctyl ester(EECA)was prepared by ring-opening reaction of epoxy resin(E-20)and 2-ethylhexanoic acid(ECA),EECA was then grafted and copolymerized with acrylate monomer,and the high gloss and high salt spray resistance epoxy modified hydroxyl acrylic acid secondary dispersion(EHAD)was successfully prepared in one pot method.The effects of EECA dosage,initiator dosage,acrylic acid(AA)dosage and hydroxyl content on EHAD were investigated.The research result shows that when the dosage of EECA accounted for 50%of solid,the dosage of initiator was 2.8%,the content of hydroxyl group was 4.2%,and the dosage of AA was 6.1%,the EHAD prepared had good stability and strong permeability.The 2K PU waterborne coatings obtained by combining EHAD with waterborne isocyanate curing agent had good comprehensive performance,the film gloss(60°)was up to 93.5%,and the resistance to neutral salt spray reached more than 500 h.The coatings have both high gloss and high salt spray resistance,better meeting the application requirements of waterborne coatings in the field of combined primer/topcoat painting.
