摘要
党的二十大报告强调,坚持把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上,推进新型工业化,加快建设制造强国、质量强国、航天强国、交通强国、网络强国、数字中国;加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合。加快制造业数字化转型是顺应新一轮科技革命和产业变革的客观要求,是改造升级传统产业、提升产业体系现代化水平的必然选择,是服务构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的现实需要。本文结合新时代新征程上新型工业化的新内涵,分析了制造业数字化转型的内涵特征和重要作用,梳理了主要经济体的做法和启示,立足我国制造业数字化转型发展面临的新形势和新挑战,研究提出新型工业化背景下推动制造业数字化转型的建议和现实举措。
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that in pursuing economic growth,we must continue to focus on the real economy.We will advance new industrialization and move faster to boost China's strength in manufacturing,product quality,aerospace,transportation,cyberspace,and digital development.We will accelerate the development of the digital economy,further integrate it with the real economy,and build internationally competitive digital industry clusters.Accelerating the digital transformation of manufacturing industry is an objective requirement to respond to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,as well as an inevitable choice to transform and upgrade traditional industries and upgrade the modernization level of industrial system,and a practical need to serve the construction of new development pattern and promote high-quality development.This paper combines the new connotation of new industrialization in the new era and new journey,analyzes the connotation characteristics and significance of digital transformation of manufacturing industry,sorts out the practices and inspirations of major economies.Based on the new situation and new challenges facing the development of digital transformation of manufacturing industry in China,this paper researches and puts forward the suggestions and measures to promote digital transformation of manufacturing industry under the background of new industrialization.
