加油站遗留地块土壤污染状况调查与风险评估 被引量:2

摘要 广东省某加油站遗留地块在关闭拆除后多年处于闲置状态,现将规划开发为商住用地。因将发生土地流转,根据相关法律和政策要求,要对地块开展土壤与地下水污染状况调查。调查结果表明,地块内土壤与地下水中苯、乙苯、间,对二甲苯、甲基叔丁基醚、石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))均出现不同程度的超标,污染原因与地块历史上加油站的存在有较大关联。根据风险评估结果,地块土壤需要开展修复,污染物主要有苯、乙苯、间,对二甲苯,总修复面积为1 151.6 m~2,修复方量为3 349.8 m~3。本案例为加油站类似地块土壤污染状况调查和风险评估提供了有效参考。 The legacy site of a gas station in Guangdong Province has been idle for many years after its closure and demolition,it is now planned to be developed into commercial and residential land.Due to the upcoming land transfer,according to relevant laws and policies,an investigation into the soil and groundwater pollution status of the site needs to be carried out.The investigation results indicate that benzene,ethylbenzene,m-xylenep-xylene,methyl tert butyl ether,and petroleum hydrocarbons (C_(10)~C_(40)) in the soil and groundwater within the site have exceeded the standard to varying degrees,and the pollution reason is closely related to the presence of gas station in the site's history.According to the risk assessment results,the soil of the site needs to be restored,the main pollutants include benzene,ethylbenzene,and m-xylenep-xylene,with a total remediation area of 1 151.6 m~2 and a remediation volume of 3 349.8 m~3.This case provides an effective reference for the status investigation and risk assessment of soil pollution in similar sites of gas stations.
