浅析大倾角深洞内悬索桥散索鞍支架滑移法吊装技术

摘要 金仁桐高速公路桐梓河特大桥仁怀岸锚碇位于山体陡崖下方半坡上,散索点位于锚洞内距离洞口15.5 m处,索鞍支墩倾斜角度35.36°。通过洞内外坐标转换提前预埋地脚螺栓及散索鞍底座板来精确定位索鞍位置,再采用专门设计的斜向牵引滑架+垂直提升门架的组合滑移吊装系统进行洞内散索鞍安装,实现倾斜深洞内重型散索鞍的精准安装,为国内山区复杂环境下的悬索桥施工提供借鉴。 The Renhuai bank anchor of Tongzi River Super Large Bridge on Jinren Tongtong Expressway is located on the lower half slope of the mountain escarpment.The splay point is located within the anchor tunnel 15.5 m from the portal,and the inclination angle of the cable saddle pier is 35.36°.The anchor bolts and the base plate of the splay saddle are embedded in advance through coordinate conversion inside and outside the tunnel to accurately locate the position of the splay saddle,and a specially designed combined sliding lifting system of oblique traction carriage and vertical lifting gantry is used to install the splay saddle inside the tunnel,achieving the precise installation of heavy splay saddle inside the inclined deep tunnel,providing a reference for the construction of suspension bridges in complex mountain environments in China.
