摘要
在公路施工时,由于骨架密实型水稳基层具有造价低、承载力较强、强度高、抗冻融性强以及水稳定性好等特点,其应用较为广泛,但是在骨架密实型水稳基层应用过程中,可能会出现反射裂缝问题,不但会使路面结构整体性受到影响,还会导致反射裂纹,使沥青路面使用寿命受到影响,因此,施工单位应对施工质量进行控制。该文首先对骨架密实型水稳基层及其存在的问题进行概述,再以实际工程为例,对材料准备以及配合比设计进行总结,并对骨架密实型水稳基层施工工艺进行分析,最后提出其质量检验的相关措施,旨在为今后公路建设提供借鉴。
During highway construction,the skeleton-dense cement stabilized base is widely used because of the characteristics of low cost,strong bearing capacity,high strength,strong freeze-thaw resistance and good cement stability.However,during the application of the skeleton-dense cement stabilized base,there may be reflection cracks,which will not only affect the integrity of pavement structure,but also lead to reflection cracks,affecting the service life of asphalt pavement,so the construction unit should control the construction quality.This paper first summarizes the skeleton-dense cement stabilized base and expounds existing problems,then takes the actual project as an example to summarize the material preparation and mix design and analyze the construction technology of the skeleton-dense cement stabilized base,and finally puts forward relevant measures for its quality inspection,aiming to provide reference for future highway construction.
