摘要
为探究热应激条件下奶牛血糖浓度特征及其影响因素,本研究于2019年7月-2019年8月测定了北京地区2个规模化牧场的431头奶牛的血糖浓度,并收集了试验牛的生产性能测定记录,利用SAS 9.2软件的GLM过程分别分析环境温湿度指数、泌乳阶段、血液类型、胎次、妊娠状态及蹄病情况等因素对奶牛全血血糖和血浆血糖浓度的影响。结果表明,北京地区7-8月奶牛全血血糖和血浆血糖浓度分别为(3.78±0.33)mmol/L和(3.99±0.37)mmol/L;温湿度指数仅对全血血糖浓度有显著影响(P<0.05),泌乳阶段仅对血浆血糖浓度有显著影响(P<0.05),胎次和妊娠状态对两种血糖浓度均有显著影响(P<0.05),而瘤胃充盈度、血液类型、挤奶情况和蹄病情况等因素对两种血糖浓度均无显著影响;综上,奶牛血糖浓度对包括温湿度指数等在内的环境因素及生理因素的变化较为敏感,本研究可为牧场利用血糖浓度在一定条件下反映奶牛的热应激状况和提升牧场管理水平提供依据。
The objective of the current study was to explore the general characteristics and the influencing factors of blood glucose in milking cows under heat stress.The blood glucose of 431 cows in two dairy herds were measured from July 2019 to August 2019 in Beijing,and the production performance records from these herds were also collected.The impacts of temperature and humidity index(THI),lactation stage,blood type,parity,pregnancy status and lameness status on whole blood glucose level and plasma glucose level were analyzed by GLM procedure using SAS 9.2 software.The results showed that the concentration of blood glucose in whole blood and plasma in Holstein cows were(3.78±0.33)mmol/L and(3.99±0.37)mmol/L,respectively.THI only had significant(P<0.05)impact on blood glucose level in whole blood,while lactation stage only had significant(P<0.05)impact on glucose level in plasma.Parity and pregnancy status had significant(P<0.05)impacts on glucose level both in whole blood and plasma,while rumen filling score,blood type,milking status and lameness status had no significant impacts on glucose level both in whole blood and plasma.In conclusion,the blood glucose in Holstein cows is sensitive to environmental and physiological risk factors.The results from this study provides a theoretical basis for reflecting the heat stress and improving the management level in dairy farm using blood glucose.
