摘要
采用卤素水分仪法快速测试烟丝含水率,测定结果与烘箱法进行对比。研究了卤素水分仪样品质量、加热温度和加热时间对烟丝含水率的影响。实验结果表明,卤素水分仪法最佳的检测条件为:样品质量7支(4.300±10%)g、加热温度125℃、加热时间5 min。与烘箱法进行独立样本T检验,无明显差异,可满足生产中快速测试烟丝含水率的要求。
The halogen moisture meter method was used to rapidly determine the moisture content of tobacco,and the results were compared with those of the oven method.The effects of sample quality,drying temperature and drying time on the test results were investigated,and the relative errors and standard deviations of the halogen moisture meter method were calculated.The results showed that the better testing conditions of the halogen moisture meter method were as follows:sample mass of 7 pieces(4.300±10%)g,heating temperature of 125℃,and heating time of 5 min.There is no significant difference between the proposed method and the oven method by the independent sample T test.The halogen moisture meter method can meet the requirements of rapid testing of the moisture content of tobacco in production.
