摘要
目的总结李应东教授治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的用药规律。方法收集李应东教授治疗CHF的用药处方354首,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行用药频次分析、药物关联规则分析、常用药物关联度分析、复杂系统熵聚类分析及熵聚类新处方分析等。结果得到使用频次≥30的中药26味,排名前七的为桂枝、枳实、丹参、炙甘草、赤芍、炒白术、茯苓,排名前七的药物组合为桂枝-枳实、丹参-桂枝、丹参-枳实、丹参-桂枝-枳实、炙甘草-桂枝、炙甘草-枳实、炙甘草-桂枝-枳实,得到核心药物组合12组,提取治疗CHF的新处方6首。结论李应东教授治疗CHF用药常寒温并用,并善用药对,用药规律符合该病的病机特点,可为临床治疗CHF提供新的用药思路。
Objective To summarize the medication patterns of professor LI Yingdong in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 354 prescriptions of professor LI Yingdong for CHF were collected, and the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5) was used for drug frequency analysis, drug association rule analysis, common drug association degree analysis, complex system entropy cluster analysis and entropy cluster analysis of new prescriptions.Results The study found that 26 traditional Chinese medicines were more often used(with a frequency of ≥30),and the top seven were Ramulus cinnamomi,Fructus Aurantii,Salvia miltiorrhiza, roasted Glycyrrhizae radix,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,and Poria cocos. The top seven drug combinations were Ramulus cinnamomi-Fructus Aurantii,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Ramulus cinnamomi,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Fructus Aurantii,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Ramulus cinnamomi-Fructus Aurantii,roasted Glycyrrhizae radix-Ramulus cinnamomi,Glycyrrhizae radix-Fructus Aurantii,and Glycyrrhizae radix-Ramulus cinnamomi-Fructus Aurantii. Twelve groups drug combinations were found, and six new prescriptions for the treatment of CHF were extracted. Conclusion Professor LI Yingdong often uses cold and warm drugs in the treatment of CHF,and herb pairs. The medication pattern conforms to the pathogenesis characteristics of the disease, which can provide a new medication idea for clinical treatment of CHF.
