摘要
目的:探讨脑血管造影的3D打印技术在颅内动脉瘤患者开颅夹闭术治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的70例颅内动脉瘤患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组应用传统开颅夹闭术治疗,观察组基于脑血管造影的3D打印技术辅助开颅夹闭术治疗。比较两组手术相关评价指标水平;比较两组围术期各时间点血流动力学指标水平变化情况;比较两组围术期各类并发症发生风险。结果:观察组术前准备时间、术中操作时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组T0~T3时间点ICP、MAP与HR均呈现明显升高趋势(F=17.640,36.310;P<0.05);观察组T1~T3时间点ICP、MAP与HR均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组围术期并发症总发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。结论:脑血管造影的3D打印技术在颅内动脉瘤开颅夹闭术治疗患者中的应用效果较好,可缩短患者手术治疗时间与术后康复时间,且对其术中血流动力学影响程度较小,患者围术期并发症风险较低,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of 3D printing technology of cerebral angiography in intracranial aneurysm clipping treatment.Methods:70 patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional craniotomy and the observation group was treated with craniotomy assisted by 3D printing technology based on cerebral angiography.The levels of surgery-related evaluation indexes were compared between the two groups.The changes of hemodynamic indexes at different time points in perioperative period were compared between the two groups.The perioperative risk of various complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The time of preoperative preparation,intraoperative operation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).ICP,MAP and HR increased significantly at T0~T3(F=17.640,36.310;P<0.05);ICP,MAP and HR of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the time points T1 to T3(P<0.05).The total incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(14.29%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D printing technology of cerebral angiography in patients with craniotomy clipping for intracranial aneurysms has a good effect,which can shorten the surgical treatment time and postoperative rehabilitation time of patients,and has a small effect on intraoperative hemodynamics,and the risk of perioperative complications of patients is low,which is worthy of promotion and application.
