摘要
目的分析器械图册管理在消毒供应室器械交接管理中的应用价值及对工作效率和质量的影响。方法选取我院消毒供应室器械交接管理中的180个手术器械包进行研究,对照组于2020年6月至12月采用常规器械交接管理,观察组于2021年1月至6月采用器械图册管理。比较两组的器械交接管理效果。结果观察组手术器械包的回收合格率、清洗合格率、包装合格率、发放合格率高于对照组,医院感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的手术器械包清点打包时间、对数交接时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术室医护人员对观察组手术器械管理工作的满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论器械图册管理能够提高消毒供应室的工作效率和质量,缩短器械交接的清点打包和对数交接时间,有效降低医院感染风险,提高手术室医护人员对器械交接管理的满意度,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of instrument atlas management in the management of instrument handover in disinfection supply room and its influences on work efficiency and quality.Methods A total of 180 surgical instrument packages in the management of instrument handover in the disinfection supply room of our hospital were selected for research.Conventional instrument handover management was taken in the control group from June to December 2020,and instrument atlas management was taken in the observation group from January to June 2021.The effect of instrument handover management were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery qualified rate,cleaning qualified rate,packaging qualified rate and distribution qualified rate of surgical instrument package in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the hospital infection rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The counting and packaging time and logarithmic handover time of surgical instruments in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of operating room medical staff on the surgical instrument management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The instrument atlas management can improve the work efficiency and quality of the disinfection supply room,shorten the time of counting and packaging and logarithmic handover of instrument handover,effectively reduce the risk of nosocomial infection,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff in the operating room on the management of instrument handover,which has important application value.
