摘要
目的:分析精准护理在新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)患儿多重耐药菌感染的应用效果。方法:抽取2021年12月—2022年12月于我院接受诊断治疗的90例NICU患儿为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以精准护理,比较两组患儿多重耐药菌感染率以及患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果:观察组患儿多重耐药菌感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精准护理可有效预防NICU患儿多重耐药菌感染,减轻感染风险,可提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of precision nursing in children with multidrug-resistant bacteria infection in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods:A total of 90 NICU children who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given precise nursing.The infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the satisfaction of family members to nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Precise nursing can effectively prevent the infection of multidrugresistant bacteria in NICU children,reduce the risk of infection,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
