摘要
目的 设计针对妊娠期妇女用药风险的“知识-态度-行为”模式(knowledge attitude practice, KAP)模型的调查问卷,调查并分析长春市妊娠期妇女用药行为与风险的影响因素,为开设孕产妇安全用药门诊提供依据。方法 通过半结构访谈以及专家咨询对问卷条目池进行筛选,并最终形成问卷,采取线下问卷和线上问卷2种方式调查,利用Excel建立数据库,应用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果 该问卷总的Cronbach′s α系数为0.869,内部一致性良好;不同的受教育程度、上胎生产方式、上胎孕周、本胎孕周、工作状况、职业、月收入和工作状况的具有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中不同的受教育程度、月收入具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 临床工作中应重视文化程度较低、高龄经产的妊娠期妇女。加强妊娠期妇女用药知识科普传播,开设孕产妇安全用药门诊,以降低妊娠期妇女用药风险,为患者提供专业的、有温度的药学服务。
OBJECTIVE To design a questionnaire based on knowledge attitude practice(KAP)model for drug risk of pregnant women,investigate and analyze the factors influencing drug use behaviors and risk of pregnant women in Changchun,and provide basis for opening safe drug use outpatient service during pregnancy and lactation.METHODS Semi⁃structured interview and expert consul⁃tation were used to screen the item pool,and then questionnaire was formed.Offline questionnaire and online questionnaire were used to survey subjects.Excel was used to establish database,and SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS The total Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.869,indicating good internal consistency.There were significant differences in education level,mode of birth,last gestational cycle,current gestational cycle,working status,occupation,monthly income and working status(P<0.05),among which education level and monthly income were more significantly different(P<0.01).CONCLUSION In clinical work,attention should be paid to pregnant women with low education level and advanced age.According to the knowledge of drug use of pregnant women,the popularization of science should be strengthened,safe drug use clinics for preg⁃nant women should be opened,so as to reduce the risk of drug use by pregnant women and provide patients with professional and warm pharmaceutical care.
