摘要
围绕建筑施工项目风险管理展开论述分析,针对施工项目中存在的施工进度、施工质量、施工成本以及施工安全风险等问题,结合工程概况,基于相应施工标准,科学制定风险管理制度,协调各部门的沟通能力。总结得出施工期间确保施工管理到位,谨防风险问题发生,制订更加完善的施工材料质量控制方案,掌控施工进度,优化施工流程,增强施工项目风险管理能力,从而提高工程建设质量与施工效率。
This paper discusses and analyzes the risk management of construction projects,aiming at the problems of construction progress,construction quality,construction cost and construction safety risks in construction projects,combining with the general situation of the project and based on the corresponding construction standards,scientifically formulates the risk management system and coordinates the communication ability of various departments.It concludes that during the construction period,ensure that the construction management is in place,guard against the occurrence of risk problems,formulate a more perfect quality control plan for construction materials,control the construction progress,optimize the construction process,and enhance the risk management ability of construction projects,so as to improve the construction quality and construction efficiency.
