摘要 根据企业的发展战略,某公司拟新建新能源汽车制造园区,规划年产能30万辆。工艺设计运用精益生产理念,结合了标准化、柔性化、模块化的设计原则,冲压、焊装、涂装、总装4大工艺参照国产车主流工艺,并结合新能源汽车生产特点进行精心设计。其中总装车间一次建成,设备及部分公用系统分期实施。论文介绍了总装车间工艺及平面布置方案,并对主要装配生产线进行了简单描述。 According to the development strategy of enterprise,a company plans to build an new manufacturing park which annual output of 3,o0000 units of new energy vehicle.The process design uses the concept of lean production and combines the design principles of standardization,flexibility and modularity.The four major processes of stamping,welding,painting and final assembly are carefully designed with reference to the mainstream processes of domestic vehicles and in combination with the production characteristics of new energy vehicles.the assembly workshop is completed at one time,equipment and some utility system will be implemented by stage。This paper introduces assembly process and layout plan,and gives simple description for the main production line.
