摘要
采用热重分析法对废弃鸡骨热解特性进行研究,分别在3种升温速率(10、20、30℃/min)下进行热解,结果表明:鸡骨的热解过程可分为三个阶段,分别为脱水阶段、蛋白质等有机物分解的挥发分析出阶段和碳酸盐等无机物的热解的碳化阶段。受样品热滞后影响,随升温速率的提高,样品的TG与DTG曲线向高温方向偏移。应用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)法得到鸡骨热解动力学相关参数,活化能为236.00~462.00 kJ/mol。利用主曲线法得到样品反应机理函数为f(α)=(1-α)和f(α)=(1-α)^(3)。通过分析骨类厨余垃圾的热解过程,可以使废弃骨类资源得到优化配置。
The pyrolysis characteristics of chicken bones waste was studied by thermogravimetric analysis, and the pyrolysis was carried out at three heating rates(10, 20, 30 ℃/min). The results showed that the pyrolysis process of chicken bones could be divided into three stages, which are dehydration stage, volatilization depositing stage of decomposition of organic substances such as protein, carbonization stage of pyrolysis of inorganic substances such as carbonate. Affected by the thermal hysteresis of samples, with the increase of heating rate, the TG and DTG curves of samples shift to high temperature. The Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method is used to obtain the kinetic parameters of chicken bone pyrolysis, and the activation energy range is 236.00-462.00 kJ/mol. The reaction mechanism functions of the samples are f(α)=(1-α) and f(α)=(1-α)^(3). By analyzing the pyrolysis process of bone kitchen waste, the waste bone resources can be optimized treated.
