摘要
“形势与政策”课作为思政课的重要组成部分,教师“政治要强”是第一核心要求。教师的政治立场与政治观点正确、政治素质与素养完备、政治传授与表达科学是“形势与政策”课教师“政治要强”的基本内涵。结合问卷调查分析,提出以“五必学”+“项链模式”加强马克思主义理论修养提升政治智慧、以“3+3”培养模式做好顶层设计建强队伍增强政治定力、发挥头雁效应强化党支部党建引领激发政治担当的培养路径。
The course of “Situation and Policy” is an important part of the ideological and political course,and the first core requirement for teachers is “strong in politics”. Teachers' correct political stand and political views, complete political quality and accomplishment, and scientific political imparting and expression are the basic connotation of “strong in politics” for teachers of situation and policy course. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey, the training path of strengthing the cultivation of Marxist theory and improving political wisdom by using the “five must-learning”+“necklace model”, doing a good job in top-level design and strengthening the team to enhance political concentration with the “3+3” training mode,and exerting the “ Head goose effect”to strengthen the leadership of the Party building, and stimulate the training path of political responsibility of the party branch.
