摘要
通过开发宁波市水利设施风险“一点一策”应用平台,解决水利设施风险在哪里、风险何时有、风险如何研判、风险怎么处置四方面问题,并通过实时风险图、预报风险图、风险提示单、风险底数图、抢险队伍图、风险对策表六个模块的设计实现,以最大程度保障水利设施安全运行。
By developing an application platform of“one point,one policy”for risk management of water facilities in Ningbo,this paper aims to address four key aspects of water facility risks:where they occur,when they occur,how to identify them,and how to deal with them.The platform includes six modules:realtime risk mapping,predicted risk mapping,risk reminders,risk base mapping,rescue team mapping,and risk countermeasure tables,which together aim to ensure the safe operation of water facilities to the greatest extent possible.
