摘要
为更好地满足城市建设需求,部分装配式建筑工程采用了BIM技术,避免了施工人员不足、环境污染等问题的出现。但我国目前的装配式建筑工程仍然存在施工质量较低、施工效率缓慢等现象。基于此,通过案例分析,在装配式建筑的建筑设计、预制构件生产、建筑施工等方面对BIM技术的具体应用进行了探讨,最后提出了相应的应用措施,以期为我国建筑工程的可持续发展提供参考。
In order to better meet the needs of urban construction,some prefabricated building projects have adopted BIM technology to avoid problems such as insufficient construction personnel and environmental pollution,However,the current prefabricated building projects in my country still have phenomena such as low construction quality and slow construction efficiency.Based on this,through case analysis,the article discusses the specific application of BIM technology in the architectural design,production of prefabricated components,and construction of prefabricated buildings,and finally proposes corresponding application measures,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of construction projects in China.
