摘要
目前建筑行业的发展中,工程造价是决定整体经济支出的重要部分。在实际的建筑工程造价管控中,需要工作人员精准把握,保证企业的经济效益最大化。从而有效保证我国建筑行业的发展。基于此,阐述了建筑工程造价管控内容和意义,分析了工程各个阶段的造价管控措施,并提出了相应的对策,以期为相关学者的研究提供参考。
In the current development of the construction industry,project cost is an important part that determines the overall economic expenditure.In the actual construction project cost control,it is necessary for staff to accurately grasp and ensure the maximum economic benefits of the enterprise.Thereby effectively ensuring the development of China's construction industry.Based on this,this paper expounds the content and significance of construction project cost control,analyzes on the cost control measures at various stages of the project,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,with a view to providing reference for relevant scholars'research.
