摘要
目的探讨肌肉骨骼超声在髋关节镜手术中的辅助效果。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月在赣州市人民医院接受髋关节镜手术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组在C臂透视下开展髋关节镜下内固定手术,观察组则通过肌肉骨骼超声引导开展关节镜手术。比较两组患者的围手术期指标、髋关节改善效果、手术并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术出血量少于对照组,手术时间、负重时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的髋关节改善优良率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌肉骨骼超声应用于髋关节镜手术能更好地改善手术指标,减少手术并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the auxiliary effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound in hip arthroscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent hip arthroscopy in Ganzhou People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hip arthroscopy internal fixation under C-arm fluoroscopy,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopy guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound.The perioperative indicators,hip joint improvement effects,and surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time and weight-bearing time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint improvement in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of musculoskeletal ultrasound in hip arthroscopy can better improve the surgical indicators and reduce the occurrence of surgical complications.
