摘要
农村集体“三资”管理是农民群众关注的重点事项,是农村基层管理的核心问题,关乎农民的切身利益和基层社会的和谐稳定。目前,农村集体“三资”管理仍存在一些问题,必须予以解决。创新农村集体“三资”管理模式和方法,夯实农村经济发展基础,对消解农村“三资”管理困境具有重要意义。
The management of rural collective“three capital”is the focus of the farmers’concern,the core issue of rural grassroots,and related to the most immediate and realistic interests of farmers and the harmony and stability of grassroots society.At present,there are still some problems in the management of rural collective“three capital”,which must be solved.Innovating the management mode and method of“three capital”and tamping the foundation of rural economic development is of great significance to resolve the dilemma of“three capital”Management in rural areas.
