摘要 试验以鲤(Cyprinus carpio)为研究对象,探究发酵豆粕对其肠道形态的影响。试验选择600尾体质健壮、规格均匀的鲤,按照单因素试验设计,将其均分5组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾鲤。各组鲤鱼分别饲喂含有0%、25%、50%、75%、100%发酵豆粕的试验饵料,发酵豆粕等量替代饵料中豆粕。试验周期为8周。试验结束,检测各组鲤鱼肠道形态指标。结果表明,使用发酵豆粕替代75%和100%的豆粕,可以显著提高肠长指数,分别比对照组提高了7.50%、8.89%(P<0.05);中肠皱襞高度显著提高,分别比对照组提高了6.42%、7.60%(P<0.05);后肠皱襞高度显著提高,分别比对照组提高了15.88%、23.07%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在鲤养殖生产中使用75%和100%的发酵豆粕替代豆粕可以改善鲤的肠道发育,促进机体对营养物质的消化吸收。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of fermented soybean meal on the intestinal morphology of common carp(Cyprinus carpio).A total of 600 carp of healthy body and uniform size were selected for the experiment and divided into five groups according to a single-factor experimental design,with three replicates in each group and 40 carp in each replicate.Each group of carp was fed a test bait containing 0%,25%,50%,75%and 100%fermented soybean meal,with the fermented soybean meal replacing the soybean meal in the bait in equal amounts.The test period was 8 weeks.At the end of the trial,the carp were tested for intestinal morphology in each group.The results showed that the use of fermented soybean meal to replace 75%and 100%soybean meal significantly increased the intestinal length index,by 7.50%and 8.89%respectively compared to the control group(P<0.05);the midgut crease height significantly increased,by 6.42%and 7.60%respectively compared to the control group(P<0.05);the hindgut crease height significantly increased,by The hindgut fold height increased significantly by 15.88%and 23.07%respectively compared to the control group(P<0.05).The study showed that the use of 75%and 100%fermented soybean meal instead of soybean meal in carp production could improve the intestinal development of carp and promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients by the organism.
