摘要
目的 探讨沟通技巧干预在过敏性咽炎患儿护理中的应用效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 本研究选取河南省商丘市中医院2020年4月—2022年4月收治的116例过敏性咽炎患儿为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将患儿分为常规组(n=58)与研究组(n=58)。常规组患儿采用常规护理措施。研究组患儿在常规组干预基础上进行沟通技巧干预。比较2组患儿治疗依从性;比较2组患儿干预前、干预后(出院时)咽部症状量表(WBS)评分;比较2组患儿家属护理满意度。结果 研究组患儿治疗总依从率为94.83%,高于常规组的82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患儿WBS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组患儿WBS评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属护理总满意度为96.55%,高于常规组的86.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 沟通技巧干预能改善过敏性咽炎患儿临床症状,提高患儿治疗依从性,有助于加速患儿疾病康复,还可提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective This paper aims to explore the application effect of communication skills intervention in the care of children with allergic pharyngitis to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods This study included 116 children with allergic pharyngitis hospitalized at Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2022.The children were assigned to a control group(n=58)and a study group(n=58)using a random number table.The control group received routine care,while the study group received communication skills intervention on the basis of routine interventions.The treatment compliance,tonsil symptom score(WBS)before and after intervention(at discharge),and family care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The overall compliance rate of the study group was 94.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.76%;P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in WBS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the WBS score of both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of family care in the study group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.21%;P<0.05).Conclusion Communication skills intervention can improve clinical symptoms of children with allergic pharyngitis,increase treatment compliance,accelerate disease recovery,and raise family care satisfaction.These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this procedure.
