摘要
为了解决国内大型复杂工程项目带来的工程造价管理难题,建设高效、准确且符合行业标准的全过程造价管理平台势在必行。本文提出了一个以智能建造技术为核心,以共享协同为目标,以BIM技术为纽带,以造价动态管理为目标,按照“1套标准+1个引擎+2个平台+5类应用”的方式构建技术体系,形成适用于多行业的工程造价管理整体解决方案及应用经验。项目在厦门新机场的实践和应用,提高了标后核对准确性和进度支付效率,应用大数据技术形成数据积累,促进工程造价可持续发展,形成机场建设成本管控的标杆。
In order to solve the engineering cost management problems caused by the large-scale and complex domestic engineering projects,it is imperative to build an efficient,accurate and industry-standard full-process cost management platform.This paper proposes a technology system based on the intelligent construction technology as the core,sharing and collaboration as the goal,BIM technology as the link,and cost dynamic management as the goal,which is built in the way of"1 set of standards+1 engine+2 platforms+5 applications"to form an overall solution and application experience for project cost management applicable to multiple industries.The practice and application of the project in Xiamen New Airport has improved the accuracy of post-bid check and the efficiency of progress payment,and the application of big data technology to form data accumulation,promote the sustainable development of project costs,and form a benchmark for airport construction cost control.
