摘要
渔业科学调查数据是渔业资源调查中产生的原始数据,是后续资源养护、环境利用等工作的基础。本文以西北地区渔业资源与环境调查专项工作中生产的各类数据为基础,开展西北专项数据库的汇聚、分析与共享研究。重点针对调查数据中资源、环境等异构专题数据规范化管理、多层级审核、多维度展示等问题,分析渔业领域调查数据特点,以数据清洗和地理信息技术为基础,开展数据汇交标准、数据分析以及数据可视化展示研究,完成数据库构建。研究实现了西北专项数据库顶层设计,明确了数据分类分级标准,贯通专项异构数据,实现渔业资源、生态环境、种质资源等调查数据的异构融合和综合治理,提升了数据汇交的质量和效率,构建时空框架下的可视化分析模型。通过对西北专项数据库汇交、分析和展示的研究,对西北专项数据汇交平台的构建与应用起到了重要的支撑作用,为全国渔业资源调查数据库建设与管理工作提供示范模式。
The fishery scientific observation data is the original data of the fishery resources survey,and it is the basis for resource conservation and environmental utilization.This paper conducts a research about convergence,analysis and sharing of databases which is produced in the special survey of fishery resources and environment in Northwest China.This research focuses on the unified management,multi-level audit,multi-dimensional display of resources and environment heterogeneous thematic databases,analyzes the characteristics of survey data in the fishery field.Based on data cleaning and geographic information technology,the research on data collection standards,data analysis and data visualization display is carried out,and the database construction is completed.The research has realized the top-level design of the Northwest special database,clarified the data classification and grading standards.Meanwhile,it also has connected the special heterogeneous data,realized the heterogeneous integration and comprehensive management of fishery resources,ecological environment,germplasm resources and other survey data.It improved the quality and efficiency of data collection and built a visual analysis model under the time-space framework.This research plays an important supporting role in the construction and application of northwest special platform,and provides a model for national fishery resource survey database by researching the collection,analysis and display of northwest special database.
