摘要
目的:抗生素滥用的现状及危害分析。方法:以某医院收诊的300例患者为对象,对抗生素使用情况进行研究,分析患者药物滥用具体情况。结果:医院抗生素滥用的因素主要是社会因素、医院因素、患者因素和其他因素。其中,缺乏有效的宣传教育占比64.00%,治疗经验处方占比58.14%,患者缺乏对抗生素正确使用的认识占比76.25%,这些是影响抗生素滥用的关键因素。结论:抗生素使用受到多方面因素影响,需要从政府和医院方面开展工作,加强对抗生素的管理。
Objective:To analyze the current situation and harm of antibiotic abuse.Methods:A study was conducted on the use of antibiotics in 300 patients admitted to a hospital,and the specific situation of drug abuse was analyzed.Results:The main factors of antibiotic abuse in hospitals are social factors,hospital factors,patient factors,and other factors.Among them,the lack of effective publicity and education accounted for 64.00%,treatment experience prescriptions accounted for 58.14%,and patients lacked awareness of the correct use of antibiotics accounted for 76.25%.These are key factors affecting antibiotic abuse.Conclusion:The use of antibiotics is affected by various factors,and it is necessary to carry out work from the government and hospitals to strengthen the management of antibiotics.
