试验旨在研究饮水中添加天然大蒜精油对感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫蛋雏鸡免疫指标的影响。选择400只农大3号节粮蛋雏鸡,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只,即健康对照组(HC组)、感染组(IN组)以及天然大蒜精油低(L组)、中(M组)、高剂量组(H组)(分别在饮水中添加0.04、0.06、0.08 mL/L天然大蒜精油)。16日龄时,除健康对照组外,其他各组雏鸡口服柔嫩艾美尔球虫卵囊5×10^(4)个/只。攻毒期7 d,试验期23 d。结果显示,HC组蛋雏鸡末重、平均增重显著高于IN组、L组和H组(P<0.05)。IN组和L组卵囊值最高,均为40;HC组卵囊值最低为0。20日龄时,M组蛋雏鸡的胸腺指数、血清免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。23日龄时,M组蛋雏鸡血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饮水中添加0.06 mL/L天然大蒜精油具有提高蛋雏鸡免疫机能的作用。
The study was to study the effect of natural garlic essential oil added to drinking water on immune indexes of chicks infected with Eimeria tenella.Four hundred Nongda No.3 grain egg chicks were randomly divided into five groups,with four replicates in each group and 20 chicks in each replicate,namely healthy control group,infected group and low,medium and high dose of natural garlic essential oil groups(natural garlic essential oil was added to drinking water at 0.04,0.06,0.08 mL/L,respectively).At 16 d of age,except the healthy control group,the other groups were given Eimeria tenella 5×10^(4)oocysts per chick.The challenge period lasted for 7 d and the experiment lasted for 23 d.The results showed that the final weight and average weight gain of laying chicks in HC group were significantly higher than those in IN group,L group and H group(P<0.05).The oocyst value in IN group and L group was the highest,both being 40.The lowest oocyst value was 0 in HC group.At 20 d of age,the thymus index,IgM and IgG of laying chicks in M group was significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).At 23 d of age,the serum IgA content of laying chicks in M group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 0.06 mL/L natural garlic essential oil to drinking water has a function to improve the immune function of egg chicks.
