摘要
茄果类蔬菜是我国蔬菜的重要组成部分,主要有番茄、茄子和辣椒3种蔬菜作物。MYB转录因子是一类重要的转录因子。本文综述了近些年研究人员对茄果类蔬菜MYB转录因子的鉴定及分类,并总结整理了MYB转录因子在茄果类蔬菜花青素、辣椒素等次生代谢产物合成,植株形态发育,以及生物和非生物胁迫等方面的调控作用,旨在为茄果类蔬菜MYB转录因子研究提供参考。
The solanaceous fruit vegetable mainly include tomato,eggplant and pepper,which is an important part of vegetables of our country.The MYB transcription factors are one of the important transcription factors.This paper summarizes the identification and classification of the MYB transcription factors for the vegetable researchers in recent years,and summarized the regulation of MYB transcription factor on the synthesis of secondary metabolites such as anthocyanin and capsaicin,plant morphological development and biological or abiotic stress.To provide reference for the research of MYB transcription factors in solanaceous vegetables.
