摘要
高速及市政公路主线与匝道分合流位置的桥梁称之为“裤衩”桥梁,施工单位架梁或者浇完梁后分跨位置“裤衩”桥与匝道桥错台错位等质量问题时有发生。针对互通立交中的大鼻端“裤衩”箱梁,通过鼻端内采用单屋脊线双坡截面,鼻端外采用双屋脊线三坡截面的设置实现了整个桥面高程的精确设计。最后以G4012黄山至千岛湖段高速项目大鼻端“裤衩”桥施工为例,调整匝道纵断面后按“裤衩”桥精确设计方法重新放样,通过增加桥面调平层厚度的方法有效地解决了“裤衩”桥梁分跨位置处的错台错位问题。
The bridge at the intersection of the main line of the expressway or municipal highway and the ramp is called the“underpants”bridge.The quality problems that the“underpants”bridge and the ramp bridge are often staggered at the split span position when the construction department completed beam erection or pouring are occurrenced sometimes.For the large nose“underpants”box girder in interchange,the precise design of the whole bridge deck elevation is realized by setting single ridge line double slope section in the nose end and double ridge line three slope section outside the nose end.Finally,taking a large nose“underpants”bridge in G4012 Huangshan to Qiandao Lake Expressway project as an example,the setting out is carried out again according to the accurate design method of“underpants”bridge after adjusting the ramp profile,and the problem of staggered platform and dislocation at the split span of“underpants”bridge is effectively solved by increasing the thickness of deck leveling layer.
