摘要
构建以“空间-人-需求”为中心的导视系统设计方法,提升乘客确定空间方位的速率和寻路的满意度,提高出行体验,优化高铁车站导视系统与空间动线的匹配度,解决因不清晰的功能区划,引起乘客寻路难、寻路慢、寻错路导致车站服务质量低下的问题。将“动线观察实验研究法”用于导视系统的设计研究,分析高铁导视系统的要素作为因子,通过里克特量表量化因子评价指数,根据可视化方法,利用可视化地图展示样本轨迹和寻路行为。通过将空间导视系统设计匹配空间句法理论下的对应信息触点,提升导视系统引路的准确性,提出一套适用于公共空间导视系统的空间动线理论设计方法。构建高铁站导视系统设计的评价标准,为导视系统优化设计提供参考。
To build a route guidance system design method with"space-people-demand"as the core,improving the speed of judging passengers"spatial direction and route guidance satisfaction,and travel experience.Optimizing the high-speed guidance system optimize the degree of matching to solve the station service quality problems caused by railway stations and spatial movement lines,passengers difficult to find the way,slow to find the way,wrong way to find the way,unclear functional zoning.The design and research of the guidance system adopts the"traffic line observation experimental research method".The elements of the high-speed rail guidance system are analyzed as factors,and the evaluation indicators of the factors are quantified on the Likert scale.Sample trajectory and navigation behavior are displayed according to visualization methods.The space of wayfinding and signage system is in accordanee with the parallelism information contacts under the guidanee of the theory of space syntax,for the purpose of promoting the wayfinding and signage system accuracy.The standard to evaluate the construction of wayfinding and singnage system for highspeed railway stations is established to provide the wayfinding and signage optimal design system reference.
