摘要
随着奶茶饮品的流行,店铺间的竞争日益激烈,如何在满足顾客需求的前提下节约成本、提高饮品生产效率已经成为该行业的重要问题,而实现奶茶调配过程的半自动化可以有效地解决这一问题。为了实现奶茶调配半自动化,以STM32为硬件基础,搭配EXTI外部中断器,通过移植FreeRTOS操作系统,在Keil上使用C语言进行编程,实现了自主调配奶茶机系统。实验过程中,代码运行无错误无警告,且实现了预期的功能。在该系统中,操作员可根据顾客的需求,自主选择加入各种配料,达到了减少人工成本、提高工作效率的目的。
With the popularity of milk tea drinks,the competition among shops has become increasingly fierce.How to save costs and improve the production efficiency of drinks on the premise of meeting customers’needs has become a hot issue in this industry.At present,the semi-automation of milk tea blending process is an effective way to solve this problem.Based on this technology,takes STM32 inserted with EXIT external interrupter as the hardware foundation and transplants Free RTOS operating system on Keil to write program with C language,which can design an automatic system to dispense milk tea.During the experiment,no errors or warnings occurring when the code runs and the expected function is realized.Moreover,by using this system,operators can choose to add various ingredients according to customers’needs,which can reduce reducing labor costs and improve work efficiency.
