摘要
成渝地区双城经济圈建设背景下,攀枝花市确定了“国际阳光康养旅游目的地”“成渝地区阳光康养度假旅游‘后花园’”的发展定位。同时,中共攀枝花市委十一届二次全会提出的全面实施“一三三三”的总体发展战略,又对攀枝花阳光康养产业发展提出了新要求。在梳理攀枝花市阳光康养产业发展优势与短板的基础上,选取攀枝花有代表性的康养项目,打造具有攀枝花特色的若干阳光康养产业发展模式,包括阳光康养与田园综合体融合发展模式、阳光康养与旅居养老融合发展模式、阳光康养与少数民族特色文旅融合发展模式等,针对不同的发展模式提出相应的推进路径。
In the context of constructing Chengdu-Chongqing twin city economic circle,Panzhihua set the construction of“International Tourist Destination of Sunshine and Health”and“Tourism Resort of Sunshine and Health in Chengdu-Chongqing Region”as its development orientation.Moreover,the second plenary session of the 11th Panzhihua Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward the full scale implementation of the overall development strategy including one primary objective,three concrete strategies,three developmental focuses and the construction of three economic circles,which presents new requirements for the development of sunshine-based health and wellness industry.On the basis of sorting out strengths and weaknesses for its development in Panzhihua,this paper selects representative health and wellness projects in order to construct a few developmental paths of unique local characteristics including the integrative development between sunshine-based health and wellness industry and the complex of the rural gardens,integrative development between sunshine-based health and wellness and migratory bird-like retirement plan for the aged,integrative development between sunshine-based health and wellness and cultural tourism highlighting ethnic characteristics and so on.Accordingly,it puts forward their respective implementation paths.
