基于LoRa技术的港口列车对接测距设备设计

摘要 随着港口货运铁路规模的不断扩大,随之而来的集疏运能力也日益增强。为了消除货运列车对接带来的安全隐患,提高港口铁路的安全运输管理能力,设计一款基于LoRa技术的港口列车对接测距设备。该设备选用STM32F103C8T6单片机为主控制器,利用SX1278芯片实现数据的收发与处理,通过超声波测距模块和激光测距模块达到精准测距。实验证明该设备抗干扰能力较强,通信距离满足港口列车对接要求,极大提高烟台港港区内铁路货车的作业效率,为生产安全提供一道保护屏障。 With the continuous expansion of the port freight railway scale,the following collection and distribution capacity is also increasingly enhanced.In order to eliminate the safety risks brought by the freight train docking,and improve the safe transportation management capacity of the port railway,a port train docking ranging equipment based on LoRa technology is designed.STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer is the main controller which uses SX1278 chip to realize data transmission and processing,to achieve accurate ranging through ultrasonic sensor and laser sensor.Experiments have proved that the equipment has a strong anti-interference ability,the communication distance meets the port train docking requirements.It greatly has improved the operation efficiency of port train in Yantai port area,and provides a protection barrier for production safety.
