摘要
受木质结构建筑物建筑结构不合理、建筑密集度较大、防火支撑设施不完整和可燃点较多等因素的影响,此类结构建筑物火灾普遍具有蔓延迅速、隐蔽性强以及覆盖面积相对较大等特点,其火灾隐患相比于其他种类的建筑类别明显更大。此外,环境、温度以及人为因素也是导致此类建筑发生火灾事故的重要因素。通过对木质结构建筑物内部的主要致灾因素进行逐一分析,结合该类建筑物的实际建筑特点,提出了通过完善木质结构建筑物内部防火结构、使用环保不易燃烧的建筑材料、进行外包防火处理、设立防火分区以及构建一体化的防火站、关联消防预警系统等相关措施有效提升木质结构建筑物的整体耐火等级,最大限度保障建筑物整体安全性与稳定性的有效提升。
Due to the influence of factors such as unreasonable architectural structure,high building density,incomplete fire protection support facilities and more combustible points,fires in such structural buildings are generally characterized by rapid spread,concealment and relatively large coverage areas,and their fire hazards are significantly greater than those in other types of building categories.In addition,environmental,temperature and human factors are also important factors that lead to fire accidents in such buildings.By analyzing the main disaster-causing factors inside wooden buildings one by one and combining the actual architectural characteristics of such buildings,we propose to effectively improve the overall fire resistance level of wooden buildings by improving the internal fire protection structure of wooden buildings,using environmentally friendly and non-combustible building materials,carrying out external fire protection treatment,setting up fire protection zones and constructing integrated fire protection stations,associating fire protection early warning systems and other related measures.The fire resistance level of wood structure buildings can be improved to ensure the overall safety and stability of the buildings to the maximum extent.
