进气深度节流下压气机意外失稳分析及解决措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对轴流压气机在进气深度节流试验中出现的意外失稳现象开展分析研究,根据监控参数分析了压气机失稳的诱发原因,提出一种适合于在常规压气机试验器上开展压气机进气深度节流试验的慢速、单参数分步调节方法,并进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:排气节流阀阀位和压气机转速调节速率过快,以及静叶角度不匹配,诱发了压气机意外失稳;进气节流阀至压气机进口的容腔体积偏小和进气节流阀调节速率慢,导致了后续压气机连续深度失稳。采用慢速、单参数分步调节排气节流阀和压气机转速,以及静叶角度自动跟随转速的方法,可以有效避免压气机意外失稳。在电动式等百分比流量特性的进气节流阀试验器中,建议增加快速调节辅助阀来开展进气深度节流条件下的压气机喘振试验。 The accidental instability phenomenon in an inlet depth throttling test of axial compressor was studied,based on the experimental data,the reason inducing the phenomenon was analyzed and a slow speed single-parameter step-by-step adjustment method was proposed and verified by tests.The results show that,the unexpected instability phenomenon is caused by too fast regulating rate of compressor rotating speed and exhaust valve,as well as stator angle mismatch.The following continuous deep instability phenomenon is caused by small volume of the upstream cavity of compressor and the slow adjustment rate of the intake valve.Adopting the slow speed single-parameter step-by-step adjustment method to exhaust throttle valve,compressor rotating speed and stator angle,the problem of accidental instability in the compressor could be solved effectively.In the compressor tester with electric intake valve with constant percentage flow characteristics,it is recommended to add a quick adjustment auxiliary valve to carry out compressor surge test under intake deep throttling conditions.
