农具对大马力拖拉机PTO壳体强度的影响分析

摘要 为解决大马力拖拉机PTO壳体的断裂问题,建立了考虑农具的后承载结构-悬挂系统的运动学及有限元模型。研究了上拉杆选用不同的拖拉机联接点、悬挂-农具系统不同运动姿态下,PTO壳体的受力及农具对其应力的影响。结果表明,对大马力拖拉机来说,农具产生的竖直载荷对拖拉机后承载结构的应力影响较为显著;拖拉机悬挂农具作业,处于提升状态时,后承载结构处于十分恶劣的工况,存在局部断裂的风险。建立的有限元模型能够真实地反映出PTO壳体的故障情况,为故障的解决及结构的优化设计提供重要的参考。 In order to solve the fracture problem of PTO covers of high-power tractors,Kinematic and FEA models are built up for the PTO cover and rear suspension system considering farming implements existing.The influence of farming implements on forces and stress of PTO covers is studied,when different joints are selected and the system is at different motion postures.The results show that stress of PTO covers is seriously influenced on the vertical forces generated by implements for high-power tractors.When a tractor hangs farming implements in the lifting state,the PTO cover is in a very bad working condition,and it will lead to fracture.The established FEA model can truly reflect the fault problem of PTO covers,and provide important reference for a solution and structural optimization design.
